This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them, as well as with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
By placing an Order on the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
2. Payment Methods
We currently accept card payments only, including major debit and credit cards (e.g., Visa and Mastercard), processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
We do not store your full card details on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with applicable security standards by our payment partners.
3. Payment Authorization
By submitting a payment, you:
- confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount displayed at checkout;
- agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your Order.
Payments must be successfully completed before any delivery process begins.
4. Pricing, Fees, and Transparency
All prices for Digital Items are displayed clearly on the Platform.
- Prices may be shown in EUR, USD, or GBP;
- Any applicable taxes (including VAT) may be included in the price or added at checkout depending on your location;
- Any transaction or service fees (if applicable) will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
We aim to ensure full transparency so that you always know the final amount before completing your Order.
5. Fraud Prevention and Payment Review
To protect the Platform and its users, we apply automated and manual fraud prevention measures.
We reserve the right to:
- review transactions before approval;
- temporarily delay Order processing;
- request additional information where necessary;
- decline or cancel payments that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
These checks are essential to maintain a secure environment and may affect processing time.
6. Payment Failures and Reversals
If a payment:
- is declined by your bank or provider;
- is reversed after authorization;
- is flagged as suspicious or unauthorized;
we may:
- cancel the associated Order;
- suspend or restrict your Account;
- prevent future transactions until the issue is resolved.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment details.
7. Balance and Nomnix (Internal Credits)
The Platform may allow you to use an internal Balance represented in Nomnix.
7.1 Balance Top-Ups
When you deposit funds, the equivalent value is converted into Nomnix and credited to your Account.
7.2 Nature of Nomnix
Nomnix are internal credits used solely for purchasing Digital Items on the Platform. They:
- are not real currency;
- are not redeemable for cash;
- cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged outside the Platform.
7.3 Alternative Payment Method
You may also complete purchases directly without using your Balance.
8. Order Processing
An Order is considered accepted once:
- payment is successfully completed; and
- the Order passes our internal review procedures (if applicable).
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Order before delivery in cases such as:
- pricing or listing errors;
- unavailability of the Digital Item;
- suspected fraud or abuse;
- technical issues affecting the transaction.
9. Delivery Method
All Digital Items are delivered digitally via the Steam Trade system to the Steam Trade Link provided in your Account.
Delivery is initiated by sending a Steam trade offer or using another Steam-supported delivery mechanism.
No physical goods are shipped.
10. Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is typically completed promptly after Order confirmation.
However, delivery may take up to 14 calendar days depending on operational and external factors.
11. Delivery Conditions
Delivery begins only after:
- successful payment confirmation;
- completion of fraud, security, and compliance checks;
- confirmation that your Steam Trade Link is valid and functional.
You must ensure that your Steam account is configured to receive trades.
12. Factors Affecting Delivery
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Steam downtime, maintenance, or technical issues;
- trade restrictions, cooldowns, or rate limits;
- network or system interruptions;
- high demand or operational load;
- security or verification procedures;
- temporary limitations on trading functionality.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery as soon as possible.
13. Delivery Issues
If delivery cannot be completed:
- due to technical issues on our side, we will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe;
- if delivery remains impossible, the Order may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
If you experience a delay or issue, you should contact our support team.
14. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- providing a valid and correct Steam Trade Link;
- ensuring your Steam account can receive trades;
- maintaining proper account settings and availability for delivery;
- verifying your Order details before completing payment.
Failure to meet these conditions may delay delivery.
15. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
- we may investigate and provide evidence of the transaction and delivery process;
- we may suspend or restrict your Account;
- we reserve the right to deny future use of the Platform in cases of abuse.
We encourage you to contact support before initiating a dispute so we can resolve the issue efficiently.
