This Policy applies to all digital in-game cosmetic items (“Digital Items”) purchased through the Website.
It forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and must be read together with them.
This Policy does not apply to physical goods or purchases made on third-party platforms.
1. How Delivery Works
Digital Items are delivered via the Steam Trade system to the Steam Trade Link you provide.
Delivery begins when we initiate a Steam Trade Offer from our inventory or supply network.
A purchase is considered completed when:
- the Steam Trade Offer is accepted on Steam; or
- the transaction is otherwise marked as completed within the Steam system.
In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, delivery may take up to 14 calendar days from confirmed payment.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content (UK / EEA)
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that:
- delivery of digital content may begin immediately after payment confirmation; and
- you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has started.
If you request cancellation before delivery begins (i.e., before a Steam Trade Offer is initiated), we will cancel the Order and issue a refund in accordance with this Policy.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights.
3. When You Can Request a Refund
We may approve a refund in the following circumstances:
- Payment was successfully charged, but no delivery was initiated
- Delivery failed due to a technical issue on our side and cannot be completed within the allowed timeframe
- You requested cancellation before delivery began
- Duplicate purchases occurred due to an error and only one item was delivered or used
- A pricing or listing error resulted in an incorrect charge
- The purchased item became unavailable after order confirmation
In such cases, we may:
- issue a full refund; or
- offer a suitable alternative (optional for you to accept)
4. Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Steam downtime, maintenance, or trade restrictions
- account limitations, trade holds, or cooldowns
- regional or network-related restrictions
- third-party technical issues
In such cases:
- we will continue delivery attempts as soon as possible
- if delivery cannot be completed within 14 calendar days, you may:
- keep the Order pending; or
- request cancellation and receive a full refund
If delivery becomes impossible, we will cancel the Order and issue a refund automatically.
5. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not provided where:
- the Digital Item has been successfully delivered and accepted on Steam
- incorrect Steam Trade Link or delivery data was provided
- your Steam account cannot receive trades (restrictions, bans, privacy settings, etc.)
- you change your mind after delivery has started or completed
- you selected the wrong item
- the item’s market value changed after purchase
- the item has been transferred, used, modified, or resold
- delivery is still within the allowed timeframe (up to 14 days)
- a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or manipulation of this Policy.
6. Balance and Nomnix (Credits)
Where purchases are made using your internal Balance (Nomnix):
- refunds for eligible transactions are typically returned to your Balance
- where legally required, refunds may be returned to the original payment method
Balance top-ups:
- may be refundable only where required by applicable law
- may be subject to fraud, abuse, and compliance checks
Nomnix:
- represent internal platform credits
- do not constitute real currency or financial instruments
- have no independent cash value except where required by law
7. Partial Deliveries
If an Order contains multiple Digital Items and only part can be delivered:
- we will deliver available items; and
- refund the undeliverable portion
Where feasible, you may request cancellation of the entire Order before partial delivery is completed.
8. Returns of Mistaken Deliveries
If a refund is approved after delivery (e.g., duplicate or erroneous delivery):
you agree to cooperate in returning the Digital Item via Steam Trade before the refund is finalized.

- we may suspend your Account and pending deliveries
- we may provide evidence to the payment processor
- we may restrict or permanently block access in cases of abuse
Repeated abusive behavior may result in permanent account termination.
14. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all refund-related issues fairly and efficiently.
If you are not satisfied, you may use available dispute resolution mechanisms, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform, without prejudice to your legal rights.
