“Account” — your registered user account.
“Balance” — internal wallet value on your Account.
“Nomnix” — internal Platform credits used for purchases on the Platform.
“Digital Items” — virtual in-game cosmetic items (skins).
“Order” — purchase submitted via the Platform.
“Steam” — Valve Corporation’s platform.
“Steam Account” — your Steam account.
“Steam Trade Link” — trade URL provided by you.
“VAT” — value-added tax or similar taxes.
4. Important Notice (No Affiliation)
We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.

5. Nature of the Service (No P2P Marketplace)

To place Orders, you must provide a valid Steam Trade Link and ensure your Steam account is properly configured to receive trades.
Failure to provide a valid Steam Trade Link or maintain proper account settings may prevent delivery and does not constitute a failure on our side.
7.4 One Account Rule
Only one Account per user is permitted unless explicitly authorized.

8. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
- Digital Items are subject to availability
- Prices may change at any time
- Confirmed Orders are not affected by later price changes
We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing or listing errors), cancel Orders, and issue refunds where appropriate.
9. Payments (Card Only)
We accept card payments (e.g., Visa/Mastercard) via third-party payment processors.
By submitting payment, you authorize the charge of the full amount displayed at checkout.
Fraud Protection

11. Balance and Nomnix (Internal Currency)
11.1 Nature of Nomnix
Nomnix (Nø) are internal Platform credits issued and managed by the Company and used exclusively to purchase Digital Items on the Platform.
Nomnix:
- are not legal tender
- are not electronic money
- do not represent a bank account, deposit, or financial instrument
- do not accrue interest
- cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for cash
- have no value outside the Platform
Nomnix represent a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Platform functionality.
11.2 Conversion Rate
Unless otherwise stated:
1 Nomnix (Nø) = 1 EUR
This rate is used for internal pricing purposes.
For payments in other currencies, applicable conversion rates are determined at checkout.
11.3 Methods of Payment
(a) Balance-Based Purchases
Funds deposited into your Account are converted into Nomnix and credited to your Balance.
(b) Direct Purchases
You may purchase Digital Items directly without using Balance. In such cases, Nomnix are not stored.
11.4 Usage Restrictions
Nomnix may only be used on the Platform.
They cannot be:
- transferred between users
- resold or traded
- exchanged outside the Platform
Misuse may result in account restrictions or termination.
11.5 Balance Control
We reserve the right to:
- correct system errors affecting balances
- reverse transactions in cases of fraud, abuse, or payment failure
- restrict access where necessary
All balances are subject to verification.
12. Delivery of Digital Items
12.1 Delivery Method
Digital Items are delivered to your Steam Account via Steam trade systems.
12.2 Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is typically completed promptly but may take up to 14 calendar days.
12.3 Start of Delivery
Delivery begins only after:
- successful payment confirmation
- completion of necessary security checks
Delivery is deemed to have started once a trade offer is initiated.
12.4 External Factors
Delivery may be affected by:
- Steam outages or maintenance
- trade restrictions or rate limits
- system load or demand
- verification procedures
12.5 User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your Steam account can receive trades.
13. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

By placing an Order, you agree that:
- delivery may begin immediately
- withdrawal rights are waived once delivery starts
Refunds may be issued in cases including:

14. Promotions
Promotions:
